1、 Unwinding section
1. The cylinder lifting paper is used for unwinding, which can stop at any position and is convenient to operate.
2. The magnetic particle and sensor are used to form a closed loop, which is easy to control the tension, and the unwinding is stable and will not break the paper.
3. The single side slanting function is used to make the tension of both sides of the paper consistent when the paper roll has large and small head or when it is loose and tight at one side, so as to ensure that the paper path will not be inclined.
4. The anti curl function is used to press the paper to the opposite direction when the diameter of the paper is small or the paper is not flat, so that the paper is output smoothly.
5. Equipped with a small paper detection device, when the diameter of the paper roll is less than the specified value, the speed will be reduced automatically.
2、 Printing section
1. The heavy printing structure is adopted, and the gear is driven by helical teeth to ensure the accuracy in high speed printing.
2. The circulation ink supply system is adopted to reduce the frequent ink adding during the use process, and prevent the paper from being wasted when printing.
3. The imported synchronous belt is adopted for synchronous belt, which will not be deformed due to external environment or in high-speed operation, so as to ensure the printing and cutting accuracy of the machine.
4. The printing unit is composed of bottom roller, plate roller, net roller and ink bucket roller, which has good ink carrying and ink control functions. Meanwhile, excess ink is squeezed out to prevent bubble from causing ink free and blank printing products of the screen roller and preventing ink flying.
5. It is equipped with 5mm pitch plate roller, standard plate roller 106 teeth and synchronous pulley. Meanwhile, it can realize multi-specification operation without changing the version roller.
6. The number of pages can be set at any time on the touch screen, and it has the function of accurate page count.
3、 Cutting section
1. It has four side cutter, blade can be disassembled arbitrarily, and has long service life;
2. The roughing cutter roller is used to ensure that the paper edge is free of rough edge when high speed cutting;

4. Fish scale paper receiving can effectively reduce the paper speed, and ensure the paper receiving is neat;
5. Small diameter paper roll will make paper up or down bend, and the air suction device is equipped behind the cutter, so the paper can easily enter the middle gap.
4、 Paper receiving section
1. Three side vibration motor is adopted, and one side fixed structure ensures the paper receiving is neat;
2. It has the function of random paper detection and shutdown;
3. It can realize unmanned operation, and it has the function of early deceleration when it approaches the stacking height;
